I would like to convey my heart-felt congratulations to Radio Australia (RA) on their 70th Anniversary. Radio Australia has been part of Nauru’s culture for 40 years where our people have listened to the International news every morning and on weekends, people are glued to their radio listening to the Aussie rules matches aired live on RA. I for one am raised listening to RA every morning for international news and it is certainly part of Radio Nauru’s programme for 40 years and we have no intention to change the programme. Look forward to future success to Radio Australia. Congratulations.
