We catch up with a couple of young Aussie tennis champions – who play the sport in wheelchairs, and we meet seven year old Gregory Jack from Papua New Guinea, who until some life-changing surgery at the Royal Children’s Hospital was unable to close his eyes.

Hi, I’ve been off at a big UN Conference in Melbourne this week, some highlights of which I’ll bring to you next week on the Bite. So this week’s Bite is a repeat program. You’ll hear about an educational DVD helping people in indigenous communities to keep their dogs healthy and happy. Linguist Kate Burridge talks about her recent book Gift of the Gob which gives a very entertaining insight into the many peculiarities of the English language as its spoken in Australia.  And you’ll hear from the President of The Grey Man, an organisation devoted to rescuing trafficked children and women from the sex industry.
