A new climate report says that by this century’s end Darwin residents will be living with temperatures above 35 degrees for ten months a year.

The report by the Australian Climate Commission says as a result there will be an increase in heat related deaths.

One of the co-authors Professor Lesley Hughes told Phil Kafcaloudes there will also be a greater incidence of infectious diseases.
