Pacific International Documentary Film Festival opens in Tahiti

Now in its ninth year, the Pacific International Documentary Film Festival opens at Papeete’Cultural Centre.

The annual festival attracts an increasing number of films produced by Pacific film-makers and a few make it into the official selection.

This year the Commonwealth Broadcasting Association  is sending a representative to select one or two film  projects presented at the Oceania Pitch  and will assist them with  funding.
